Majesty in Motion announced that it will be holding auditions for their various teams.
Specifically, there are spots open on all teams. Majesty offers ON1 and ON2 training. They currently have 2 ladies teams and 1 men's team.
The auditions will be held on Sunday July 6th from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at Cheek2Cheek Dance Studio in Pacific Beach.
Make sure to bring your dance shoes (or jazz shoes), water, their application which you can print out on their site, and dress comfortably (gym clothes are fine).
Everyone is welcome (yes this includes beginners as well).

The 25th annual Old Town Fiesta Cinco de Mayo dates are set for May 3rd and 4th, 2008.
The event will run Saturday, 12:00p.m. – 10:00p.m.; Sunday, 10:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. in the Old Town State Park and south down San Diego Avenue. Come celebrate at the original fiesta in San Diego: the 25th annual Old Town Fiesta Cinco De Mayo. The 41 historic buildings and museums of Old Town provide the perfect backdrop for an authentic community celebration of entertainment, culture and history. During the fiesta, Historic San Diego Avenue is strewn with Mexican papel picado and the sounds of traditional mariachi, cumbia and contemporary Latin jazz can be found throughout 8 venues of entertainment. In the Old Town State Historic Park, watch the re-enactment of the famous Battle of Puebla that took place on May 5, 1862 when outnumbered Mexican soldiers drove out the occupying Imperial French Army from Mexico. Along historic San Diego Avenue, visitors will find special treasures and treats at the traditional Mexican Mercado with more than 100 specialty booths filled with handmade crafts, and a taste of the regional cuisine from one of the 32 local restaurants. David has been dancing salsa for over 8 years now, however he has been dancing since he was just a kid. He entered many talent shows and was an avid break-dancer throughout high school. He joined a group called O.T.B, (Out to Break). People called him "Dancing Dave". One day while looking for a job, he came across an ad in the paper for "Dance Instructors Needed-Will Train". There he was trained in latin ballroom dancing and he did that for 8 months. During that time he developed a great passion for salsa. David decided to start Majesty in Motion one of San Diego's newest dance companies. Since working with this dance company, David has been given the opportunity to travel to Arizona, New Orleans, Bermuda, New York, Seattle, Boston, Canada, Portland, Japan, San Francisco, Mexico, Vancouver and many cities in Southern California to perform and instruct. With his new group of dancers, David has been working on taking his dance company to the next level. He along with Steve Meyer have created the duo " White Boy Wonders " of San Diego Known for their high energy performances. Through his new routines, they incorporate many styles of dance such as, Jazz, Ballroom, and Hip Hop. David is currently developing San Diego's largest dance company performing, and teaching throughout Southern California. 
Jennifer has been dancing salsa for about 4 years now, in addition, she has also trained in jazz for 2 years. She met David at Cafe Sevilla November 2002 and the next day she was dancing salsa. She was new to salsa but her jazz background helped her pick it up fast. She joined Majesty in Motion in June 2003. She has performed throughout San Diego and has traveled to many cities such as Boston, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Mexico, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Vancouver. She recently started a ladies team and she plans to continue to grow with Majesty in Motion. David trained her how to be the dancer she is today. They are now partners and also married!
