About Ritmo Caribe:
Ritmo Caribe was founded by world-renowned musician, composer, arranger and lead vocalist, Manny Cepeda, a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
His passion and love for music was developed as a young boy and is rooted in a rich family history of musical professionals. Performing and thrilling audiences since the age of 7, first as the “Timbales Player” in the higher acclaimed variety TV “Show de Vigoreaux” in San Juan, Puerto Rico’s Channel 4.
His musical experience of over 48 years makes him a fountain of knowledge in the Latin Music genre. He has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Music from Illinois State University and the University of Illinois, Champagne, Urbana.
He was the leader of the famous Navy Steel Band and the world traveled U.S. Navy Show Band, he toured the entire continent of South America and West and South Africa, Caribbean and Europe doing 7 world tours and 164 concerts and festivals within a 7 year period.
As a professional musician he has performed on stage with famous bands such as “Babo Jimenez, Ricardo Ray, Willie Colon and opened for headliners such as; Tito Puente, Sammy Davis Jr., Tony Vega, and Arturo Sandoval.
Manny has written and composed his own original Salsa, Merengue, Cumbias and Cuban selections for the enjoyment of Hispanic and American audiences throughout the World. This concept of music appeals to people from all walks of life but is especially suited for audiences 25 to 45 of both genders.

See "Randu" this Saturday, the Celebrity Salsero from Peru. Randu was born in Trujillo Peru and began at the age of 14 singin wtih local bands. Performing on television and clubs as a teenager he continued to develop his showmanship and shared the stage with Salsa legends such as Mark Anthony, Frankie Ruiz, Celia Cruz, Tito Nieves, Victor Manual, El Gran Combo, Eddie Satiago, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Tito Rojas and more.

David has been dancing salsa for over 8 years now, however he has been dancing since he was just a kid. He entered many talent shows and was an avid break-dancer throughout high school. He joined a group called O.T.B, (Out to Break). People called him "Dancing Dave". One day while looking for a job, he came across an ad in the paper for "Dance Instructors Needed-Will Train". There he was trained in latin ballroom dancing and he did that for 8 months. During that time he developed a great passion for salsa. David decided to start Majesty in Motion one of San Diego's newest dance companies. Since working with this dance company, David has been given the opportunity to travel to Arizona, New Orleans, Bermuda, New York, Seattle, Boston, Canada, Portland, Japan, San Francisco, Mexico, Vancouver and many cities in Southern California to perform and instruct. With his new group of dancers, David has been working on taking his dance company to the next level. He along with Steve Meyer have created the duo " White Boy Wonders " of San Diego Known for their high energy performances. Through his new routines, they incorporate many styles of dance such as, Jazz, Ballroom, and Hip Hop. David is currently developing San Diego's largest dance company performing, and teaching throughout Southern California. 
Jennifer has been dancing salsa for about 4 years now, in addition, she has also trained in jazz for 2 years. She met David at Cafe Sevilla November 2002 and the next day she was dancing salsa. She was new to salsa but her jazz background helped her pick it up fast. She joined Majesty in Motion in June 2003. She has performed throughout San Diego and has traveled to many cities such as Boston, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Mexico, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Vancouver. She recently started a ladies team and she plans to continue to grow with Majesty in Motion. David trained her how to be the dancer she is today. Cafe Sevilla Tapas Bar is located 555 4th, San Diego. Cafe Sevilla is made up of three parts. One part Tapas Bar, where patrons enjoy live Rhumba and Flamenco guitarists every night, a complete menu of hot and cold Tapas and drinks from the full bar.One part Restaurant, which offers a full menu of authentic Spanish and seafood cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere reminiscent of an outdoor patio in southern Spain. And the last and most important part for the salseros, Club Sevilla. The Club hosts dancing to a wide variety of Latin-flavored music (mainly Salsa) and live bands seven nights a week. It's also where their spectacular Flamenco Dinner Shows are performed. All three parts have separate entrances. They have happy hour with a discounted menu including tapas & drinks every weeknight until 6:30pm! The restaurant is open from 5:00pm till sometimes 2:00am. The live music starts in the Tapas bar around 9:00 or 10:00 and goes untill around 12:00am. The club starts around 9:30 after the dinner theatre has cleared out. They also have salsa and marengue classes Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays at 8:30.
