Join us for Salsa & Rueda de Casino classes at Cheek to Cheek Dance Studios, Mondays at 7:30pm for beginners and 8:30pm for Intermediates. If you've never danced Cuban salsa or rueda before, Welcome! Our classes are a blast, with tons of energy, a great vibe and most importantly, lots of fun. We will break everything down very easily, and you'll be dancing within minutes. No need to bring a partner-we'll be switching partners constantly. So don't miss it! Classes are $12 per hour, or $20 for two back to back sessions. We also offer a $40 package for 4 classes. This class has also been featured in the San Diego Union Tribune, North County Times, The Coast News, and other print media, and featured on various Internet sites as maybe the best salsa dance class in San Diego! Partners not necessary. (There are always lots of single folk.)
It's no coincidence this class is so popular. It's very supportive, very inclusive. With a lot of very cool folks. Age range is all over the place. Learning to dance salsa really does not get any better (or more fun) than this class. Friday nights in Encinitas are a real happening, and it's not just about the salsa!
Come check it out and see how great it feels to dance to salsa music! And if you're a little nervous about trying salsa, remember the wonderful quote by French writer Anais Nin: "Life shrinks and expands in proportion to one's courage."

Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino Lessons

Hi everyone, join us for our new salsa & rueda classes at Cheek to Cheek Dance Studio starting on Monday July 27th! We have moved from El Centro to Cheek to Cheek on 4360 Morena Boulevard. We will have beginners salsa classes starting at 7:30pm but we'll also have an Intermediate class. If you've never danced Cuban salsa before, welcome! We will break everything down very easily, and you'll be dancing within minutes of starting the class. No need to bring your own partner, as we'll be switching around constantly. Our classes are a blast, with tons of energy, great vibe and most importantly, lots of fun. What dancing should be! So don't miss our new salsa classes at Cheek to Cheek. San Diego Salsa Dance Classes: Synergy Dance Zone Salsa Dance Lessons with Juan C and Erica

We have just been informed by Juan Carlos Hernandez, one of the best NY on2 style dancers in San Diego and co-director of Majesty in Motion, that he will be providing a Salsa Dance Classes on1 for beginner and intermediate dancers. This classes will take place in San Diego, CA- so if you live close to the area, don’t miss them!!

Juan and Genny's salsa dance classes are open to all levels of dance experience. Salsa Dance Lessons

Learn how to salsa dance! We will teach salsa footwork and partnering. You don't need to bring a dance partner and everyone is welcome! Classes taught by Alex Tiger & Serena Cuevas of Deseo Dance Company.
Every Tuesday 8 to 9 pm.
Classes are: 4 for $40 (or $13 single class)
Salsa is a very popular partner dance. There are salsa venues open every night of the week. It's really fun! So I hope you can come out and try it!
